Gilbert B. Fleming Attorney At Law

Gilbert Fleming formed his own law firm in 2003 as a result of a close family relative developing Alzheimer's disease. When Gil saw, first hand, the struggles of elders and their families, he realized that most estate planning attorneys were neglecting to address many issues that our elders face near the end of life such as diminished capacity, assistance with normal daily living activities, long-term care costs, financial and physical abuse and undue influence to name a few.

Seeing the need for a firm that is interested in helping seniors and their families with these issues, Gil began to develop an expertise in the areas that affect seniors the most. Over time Gil has become an authority in Estate Planning, Medi-Cal planning, Elder Abuse, Probate and Trust Administration, and Special Need Trusts.

Do not hesitate to contact Gil to see if he can assist your family.
